I had been staying at the GN for years. I took my buses there for day trips. My groups stayed there overnight. I was amassing pretty good perks. My group was there when it closed on March 17, 2020 because of the pandemic. On the night of March 16, 2020, I tripped and fell because the carpet in the hall was not tacked down. Security took a report on which I am still today (12/08/20) waiting for a copy. In April, 2021, while I on a 3 night stay, a man slipped his license under my door. I did not know this man but I reported the incident to Security who let me know that the unidentified man was claiming he belonged in my room. Since that incident, I was stripped of my free rooms, free slot play and free food. When I protested, the Executive Host alluded to nefarious schemes. He did state that a player's perks could be eliminated by just staying and not playing or by the player using GN for other purposes than gambling. Free play and free food were re-instated but not free rooms. He said my play did not earn free
