This casino is crammed into the old Higbee building - an old Department Store - over 3 floors. There are no real entertainment venues - no music or comedy club for example - and no good sit down restaurants. They have a buffet and some fast food style restaurants. The owner, Dan Gilbert, promised a phase 2 expansion but apparently has conned the people of Cleveland as it is not now happening. The casino in Columbus is much nicer. In fact, the two local racinos are nicer.
