First, the smoke-free room was small and limited slot machines, outside of the smoke room it was hard to breathe, hot and could not get a waitress to save our lives. Take a note from some of the Vegas places if you are going to allow smoking and upgrade the ventilation so that you don't feel like you entered a cigarette factory. Limited slot options with higher bet min and NO payouts, extremely tight machines. Went to Hollywood the night before... it's worth the drive much better experience at that location all the way around.
So disappointed with recent changes to slot payout. Since Covid 19, my favorite machine has been altered to a 2 cent machine instead of the original 1 cent base fee. Payout remains the same as before which means that it costs twice as much to play. Other Hard Rock Casinos in Biloxi and Las Vegas remain at 1 cent. WHY???? I don't visit Tampa anymore for this reason.
