My first time visiting for 2 days I had a ball. From the Security at the front entrance to all the floor staff. Every one of the team members were constantly greeting and you could see the smiles beneath their mask in their eyes. You could feel that they appreciated the players for choosing Sam's Town. The floor team members constantly cleaned after players left a slot area. While I was playing Slots I observed the table games and noticed the dealers interactions with the players was great. The waitresses regularly checked to see if you needed anything, they wre professional and prompt. I felt safe and appreciated the teams attention to sanitizing. I ate at the snack bar in the atrium and again the team members were patient and friendly after a customer left a table they were quick to clean and sanitize the area, making sure to check the floor. The food was good and hot. I can't wait to go again. I highly recommend Sam's Town, Tunica. It will take a lot to step up to this Casino they get
